The cottage is situated in a secure complex with one parking space.
Located nearby are shopping centres, restaurants, coffee shops, malls, Durbanville wine route and plenty of entertainment destinations for all!
The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area, which includes a comfortable couch while you relax and watch television (including Netflix, Showmax and YouTube). There is also a dining area, coffee bar and a modern style kitchenette. The kitchenette is fully equipped with built-in cupboards, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, airfryer and microwave.
The bedroom upstairs includes a double bed with hanging closet space and an en-suite bathroom. A weekly clean with bedding and towel change is included for medium to long term rentals.
The cottage opens up to a lush garden with a braai area.
Please note that the cottage is a duplex and there are steeps stairs to the bedroom.
Rates
R10 000 (plus one month’s deposit). Available to professional, non-smoker for short-term rentals.
R1300 per night for holiday rentals.
